PEPTIDES
The Science of Feeling Like Yourself Again
Peptides are signals your body already knows. At Night & Gale, we’ve curated twenty of the most-studied protocols and paired them with the nurse-led care that’s defined us from day one. Welcome to The Peptide Hub — your home base for what’s next in wellness.
OUR APPROACH
Small-town care. Cellular-level results.
We started Night & Gale because we believed people in our community deserved something better than choosing between a big-city clinic and a one-size-fits-all spa. As a registered nurse with eighteen years of experience and a certified esthetician, I built this place around one idea: every detail of your care should feel both intelligent and personal.
Peptides are the most exciting addition to our menu yet — not because they’re a trend, but because they finally let us meet you where your biology already is. Your body knows how to repair tissue, balance hormones, calm inflammation, and produce energy. Peptides simply turn the volume up on those signals.
HOW PEPTIDES WORK
Signals, not shortcuts.
Peptides are short chains of amino acids — the same building blocks your body uses every day to send instructions between cells. Each peptide carries a specific message: repair this tissue. Release this hormone. Calm this inflammation. Sleep more deeply.
01
They speak your body's language.
Peptides don’t force your body to do anything it wasn’t designed for. They reinforce signals you already produce — just with greater clarity and frequency.
02
They work alongside the basics.
Sleep, nutrition, movement, stress — these still do the heavy lifting. Peptides are allies that help your foundation reach its full effect, not band-aids you take instead of one.
03
They're personalized, not prescribed in bulk.
The right peptide depends on your goals, your labs, your history, and your day-to-day. Every protocol at Night & Gale begins with a one-on-one consultation.

PILLAR II
Healthy Aging & Vitality
Support the systems that quietly do the work of feeling well — growth hormone, NAD+, mitochondria, sleep.
Sermorelin
A long-studied way to support your body’s own growth hormone production — working with your pituitary’s feedback loop, not around it. Often the first peptide we recommend for the 30+ crowd.
THIS IS FOR YOU IF…
- You want to support natural GH production without synthetic HGH.
- Sleep, recovery, body composition or energy feel different than they used to.
- You want deeper sleep — Sermorelin amplifies the natural GH pulse during slow-wave sleep.
- You want a peptide with a long clinical history (originally FDA-approved as Geref).
12–16 weeks · 5 days/week · fasted, bedtime
Note: Requires a 4-week washout from any prior growth hormone use.
Ipamorelin
GROWTH HORMONE SECRETAGOGUE
One of the cleanest growth hormone peptides available. Stimulates a natural, pulsatile GH release without raising cortisol or prolactin.
THIS IS FOR YOU IF…
- You want natural, pulsatile GH release for recovery and sleep.
- You want a GH peptide with a clean side-effect profile.
- You're over 30 and want to address age-related GH decline.
- You want gradual improvements in body composition over time.
8–12 weeks · 5 days/week · fasted, bedtime
Note: Requires a 4-week washout from any prior growth hormone use.
NAD+
NICOTINAMIDE ADENINE DINUCLEOTIDE
The same molecule behind our most-requested IV. NAD+ powers cellular energy production and DNA repair — and naturally declines with age. Now available as an at-home alternative to the infusion.
THIS IS FOR YOU IF…
- You're experiencing low energy, brain fog or sluggish recovery.
- You're interested in longevity and supporting age-related NAD+ decline.
- You're focused on mitochondrial health and cellular repair.
- You train hard and want to support your body's natural repair and energy systems
4–8 week cycle · 3–5 days/week · AM only
Note: Not for evening use — the energy lift can disrupt sleep.
SS-31
ELAMIPRETIDE
A tetrapeptide that targets the inner mitochondrial membrane — the part of the cell where energy is actually made. FDA-approved in 2025 for Barth syndrome and studied for age-related fatigue and exercise tolerance.
THIS IS FOR YOU IF…
- You feel persistently fatigued despite sleep, food and training being dialed in.
- You deal with bloating or gut irritation and want targeted lining repair. You want to support mitochondrial function directly.
- You're focused on longevity — mitochondrial decline is a hallmark of aging.
- You're active and want better exercise tolerance and endurance.
12-week titration · 3 → 5 days/week · AM subcutaneous
Note: A medical consultation is required before starting any peptide protocol.
Epithalon
PINEAL PEPTIDE
A short, defined longevity cycle — not a forever protocol. Studied for telomerase activation, pineal gland support, and resetting a disrupted sleep-wake rhythm.
THIS IS FOR YOU IF…
- Your sleep-wake cycle feels off and you want to support your circadian rhythm.
- You're interested in cellular-level longevity (telomeres, pineal gland health).
- You want a short, defined cycle, not a long-term commitment.
- You're looking for a reset — many people run it once or twice per year.
10–20 nights · evening · repeat 1–2× per year
Note: A medical consultation is required before starting any peptide protocol.
PILLAR III
Skin, Hair & Glow
Skincare we can do from the inside, paired with the facials and treatments you already love.
GHK-Cu
A naturally occurring copper peptide your body already produces. It supports collagen synthesis, hair follicle health, and the kind of cellular repair that makes topical skincare work harder.
THIS IS FOR YOU IF…

- You're experiencing hair thinning and want follicle support.
- You want anti-aging that goes beyond topical skincare.
- You're recovering from a procedure or want to accelerate post-treatment healing.
Note: A medical consultation is required before starting any peptide protocol.
Glow 70
A single, elegant vial that combines three of our favorite peptides — collagen, gut/tissue repair, and systemic recovery — into one daily protocol. Our recommendation for clients who want the broadest result with the simplest schedule.
THIS IS FOR YOU IF…
- You want skin, collagen, tissue repair and recovery support in one injection.
- You'd rather manage one vial than three separate peptide schedules.
- You're noticing changes in firmness, elasticity or healing speed.
- You want broad-spectrum repair after a procedure or injury.
4-week cycle · 5 days/week · AM subcutaneous
Note: A medical consultation is required before starting any peptide protocol.
PILLAR IV
Weight & Metabolism
Clinical-grade metabolic support — layered onto the lifestyle work that makes it last.
Semaglutide
GLP-1 RECEPTOR AGONIST
Semaglutide mimics your body’s natural GLP-1 hormone to regulate appetite, slow gastric emptying, and improve insulin sensitivity — a single-pathway approach with a deep evidence base.
THIS IS FOR YOU IF…
- You want to start with the most-studied GLP-1 before considering a dual or triple agonist.
- Diet and exercise alone haven't moved the needle on your weight or metabolic markers.
- You want real appetite regulation without the complexity of a multi-pathway protocol.
- You're committed to a gradual, patient titration and the lifestyle work that makes it last.
12–16 weeks · twice weekly · titrated every 4 weeks
Note: Cannot be combined with Tirzepatide, Retatrutide or other GLP-1 peptides. Slow titration is required.
Tirzepatide
A dual-agonist peptide that activates both GLP-1 and GIP pathways to support insulin sensitivity, slow gastric emptying, and regulate appetite. Backed by some of the largest clinical trials in modern weight medicine.
THIS IS FOR YOU IF…
- You want metabolic support backed by large-scale clinical data.
- You want both GLP-1 and GIP pathways working for you.
- Diet and exercise alone haven't moved the needle.
- You're committed to a gradual, patient titration approach.

Note: Cannot be combined with Retatrutide or Semaglutide. Slow titration is required.
Retatrutide
GLP-1 / GIP / GLUCAGON TRIPLE AGONIST
A triple-agonist next-generation peptide that activates GLP-1, GIP and glucagon receptors — targeting appetite, insulin sensitivity, and fat metabolism through three pathways at once.
THIS IS FOR YOU IF…
- You have a significant amount of weight you'd like to lose.
- You want a triple-pathway approach (GLP-1 + GIP + glucagon).
- You want pharmaceutical-grade support alongside diet and exercise.
- You're committed to a slow, deliberate dose titration.
12–16 weeks minimum · twice weekly · titrated every 4 weeks
Note: Cannot be combined with Tirzepatide, Semaglutide or other GLP-1 peptides.
Tessamorelin
A GHRH analog with a specific, FDA-approved indication: reducing visceral (abdominal) fat. It works through your body’s own GH feedback loop, with added benefits for sleep quality and recovery.
THIS IS FOR YOU IF…
- You'd rather support natural GH production than use exogenous hormone.
- You're specifically focused on reducing visceral (belly) fat.
- You're noticing age-related changes in recovery, sleep or fat distribution.
- You want a GH-axis peptide with FDA-approved clinical data behind it.
8–12 weeks · 5 days/week · fasted, bedtime
Note: Requires a 4-week washout from any prior growth hormone use.

PILLAR VII
Intimacy & Confidence
A more honest conversation about desire. For women and men who want a different approach.
PT-141
PT-141 works through the brain’s desire pathways — not just blood flow. FDA-approved in 2019 as Vyleesi for hypoactive sexual desire disorder in premenopausal women, and used off-label for men whose response to PDE-5 inhibitors has been incomplete. As-needed only; effects begin in about 45 minutes and can last up to 24 hours.
THIS IS FOR YOU IF…
- You're experiencing low desire or arousal that's affecting your quality of life.
- You've tried Viagra or Cialis and they haven't worked the way you hoped.
- You want a peptide that addresses the "want to," not just the "able to."
- You want an as-needed option — not something taken daily.
Note: A medical consultation is required before starting any peptide protocol.

QUESTIONS, ANSWERED
The questions we hear most.
A peptide is a short chain of amino acids — the same building blocks your body uses to make proteins. Where proteins are large and structural, peptides are small and act as signals: they carry messages between cells telling them to repair, release, calm or grow. Most of the peptides on our menu are either identical to molecules your body already produces, or close analogs of them.
Used appropriately and under medical supervision, peptides have an excellent safety profile. Several on our menu — Sermorelin, Tessamorelin, SS-31 (elamipretide), and PT-141 (Vyleesi) — have FDA-approved indications. That said, peptides are not appropriate for everyone, and the most common mistake we see is people self-sourcing from the internet without medical guidance. Every protocol at Night & Gale begins with a consultation for that reason.
Most peptide protocols are administered via small subcutaneous injections, similar to insulin pens. We’ll teach you how to reconstitute the vial, prepare the syringe, and inject — in person, with one of our nurses, before you ever do it on your own. PT-141 is the rare exception that is taken only as needed.
It depends on the peptide and what you’re using it for. Tissue-repair peptides like BPC-157 are often felt within 1–2 weeks. Growth-hormone-axis peptides (Sermorelin, Ipamorelin, Tessamorelin) typically show up first in sleep depth, then body composition over 8–12 weeks. GLP-1 peptides work gradually as the dose titrates upward. PT-141 works within an hour. We’ll set clear expectations during your consult.
Some peptides work on the hormone system — for example, Sermorelin and Tessamorelin stimulate your pituitary to release more of your own growth hormone. But they’re not the same as taking the hormone directly. The key difference is that peptides ask your body to do something it already knows how to do, while exogenous hormones bypass your body’s natural feedback loops entirely.
Yes, when prescribed and sourced through a licensed compounding pharmacy by a qualified medical provider, peptides are legal in the United States. We source exclusively through licensed pharmacies and never sell peptides retail or over the counter.
Cost varies by peptide and protocol length. After your consultation, you’ll receive a written plan with transparent pricing — consult fee, peptide and pharmacy cost, supplies, and any follow-up sessions. There are no monthly memberships required to be part of our peptide program.
In most cases, yes — and many of our clients pair peptides with the services they already love. GHK-Cu and Glow 70 pair beautifully with facials. We’ll map the right combination for you at your consult.
Most peptides are designed to be cycled — run for a defined window, then stopped to let your body integrate the gains. We schedule a post-cycle review to talk through results, decide whether to repeat, switch protocols, or simply hold. Peptides are allies, not a forever prescription.
